Tour Program
7:00 AM – Departure by GT coach from Ceglie, Martina Franca and other countries on request. Meet with the tour leader and start your journey towards Northern Apulia.
Short stop along the way for a self-service breakfast.
🇮🇹 First stop: Trani
10:00 AM – Arrival in Trani, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Meet your local guide and visit the charming old town:
- Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, overlooking the sea
- Swabian Castle (external or internal visit upon request)
- Walk along the picturesque harbor and seafront promenade
Free time for photos, relaxation, and shopping for local products.
12:30 PM – Optional lunch in a typical local restaurant with Apulian specialties.
🇮🇹 Second stop: Barletta
2:30 PM – Transfer to Barletta.
Meet your guide and visit the city’s highlights:
- Barletta Castle, an ancient seaside fortress
- The famous Colossus of Barletta, a 5-meter-high bronze statue
- Stroll through the old town: Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza della Sfida (site of the historic Challenge of Barletta)
Free time for a coffee or an ice cream in the city center.
